The feeling of gulping down water when we feel thirstier is
‘Ahhhhh’! Superb, we can’t express it. From the beginning of our lives, water
has its own importance and we can’t live without it. As more than 60% of our
body is made of water and we totally depend on it. Without any specific reason
we drink water when we feel thirsty but scientifically many reasons are laid
behind, and more or less quantities everyone drink water.
Water is one of the essentials in our life, as it clears thirst and helps a lot by its amazing benefits
which we can’t guess. The only thing
is we must have an idea about benefits of water and when to drink and how much
quantity to drink. Off-course nobody can exactly say the quantity, as it is
based on our body temperature, health, weight etc. So beyond these factors we
ourselves must have some idea.
We all know about the myth, per day 8 glasses of water is must
and your require it. It is true we have to drink at least that much of water a
day, as we lose fluid content from our body through various
processes such as
sweat, urine and stool etc., so we have to replace that lost water by gulping
water frequently. Now let’s see how this benefits our body and what timings we
have to follow to keep hydrated.
Water and its Benefits:

Water is an essential fluid our body
needs regularly.

It helps in easy digestion and blood
circulation.

It purifies blood and sends oxygen
to all the parts of the body.

Helps to reduce weight and energizes
muscles.
·
Adequate intake of water results a
glowing skin and looks good.

Drinking enough water will flush out
body wastes and cleans your gut.

Intake of adequate water helps
proper kidney functioning.

It converts food into energy and
supply nutrients to the body.
Many of us say, drink more and more water to get rid of
dehydration. Not only this, we have followed some timing to profit more health.
Early Morning:-
The first and foremost is, gulp down 1 glass of water after you wake up in the early morning. This will
eliminate the waste particles from your gut.
Before A Bath:-
Gulping a glass of water before taking bath will helps you lower the blood pressure.
Take at Least 30 min Break:-
Drink at least 30 min before and after, in all the meals of the day. (Breakfast, lunch and dinner). This
will make you eat sufficiently.
At Workouts:-
During workouts our body loses more
fluids in the form of sweat, so we have to drink water
before, after and between of workouts.
Note: You should be aware of
workouts, if not take physician advice. Depending on your body you have to take
water while workouts.

tasteless. So unlike water you can also take other fluids such as milk, tea,

We can also take water content foods. Fruits like watermelon, apple,
grapes etc., have much water in them. As these foods make us feel full with a
little quantity. This is actually good for diet followers to reduce weight.
· The last but not least, drink clean and purified water as much as you
can and enjoy your day.
