How Visiting My Ex-Partner Unannounced Ended Our Four-Year Relationship – Osas Ighodaro

 

Nigerian Nollywood actress, Osas Ighodaro, has spoken out about a painful experience from her past, explaining how a former relationship ended after a shocking encounter.

The actress shared the story during an interview on the ‘Lone Wolf’ podcast hosted by Nicole Asinugo. 

She explained that the incident happened when she decided to visit her partner

without informing him, hoping it would be a pleasant surprise.

According to Osas Ighodaro, she arrived at his house and waited for several minutes after knocking before he opened the door. Instead of welcoming her, he questioned why she had come without notice, which immediately made her uncomfortable.

She said she tried to enter his room but noticed the door was locked. When she asked why, he initially told her someone was inside. After she pressed further, he admitted that it was a woman.

Osas said he then asked her to sit down, saying there was something they needed to discuss, but the situation quickly became tense. 

She revealed that he later called security personnel and instructed them to escort her out of the house.

Although she left at first, Osas Ighodaro said she returned to confront him, questioning how he could treat her that way after they had dated for about three to four years.

She added that the situation worsened when he told her he had already contacted the police. 

According to her, he said he did not want her to get into trouble for fighting a pregnant woman. 

At that moment, she explained, confirmed her fears, and marked the end of the relationship.

“I knocked on the door and waited for about five minutes before he opened. Instead of being happy to see me, the first thing he asked was, ‘Why didn’t you say you were coming?

“I tried to enter the room and saw that the door was locked. I asked him why, and he said he had a friend inside.

“He later said, ‘It’s not a guy, it’s a girl,’ and then told me to sit down because we needed to talk.

“He called the security men and asked them to escort me out of the house.

“I went back to ask him how he could do that to me after we had been together for three to four years.

“He told me he had already called the police because he didn’t want me to go to jail for fighting a pregnant woman,”she said.
