Penis Enlargement Tragedy: Nigerian Influencer ‘Tiny’ Ubiribo Ignored Medical Advice Before Fatal Procedure – Clinic

 

A cosmetic clinic in Bangkok, Thailand, has claimed that Nigerian influencer, Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, insisted on undergoing a penis enlargement procedure in a single session despite medical advice to split the treatment into two stages.

The revelation emerged as Thai authorities launched an investigation into the clinic following Ubiribo’s death less than 24 hours after receiving hyaluronic acid penis filler injections.

According to reports, Ubiribo, a Nigerian content creator based in London, died on

March 6 after suffering complications linked to the cosmetic procedure.

An inquest heard that a post-mortem examination and toxicology report found that his death was associated with the hyaluronic acid injection and a pulmonary embolism.

Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health on September 7 announced an investigation into the clinic’s operations and compliance with medical standards.

Speaking on the case, Director-General of the Department of Health Service Support, Phuwadet Surakot, said clinic officials told investigators that Ubiribo had been advised by a doctor to divide the treatment into two sessions.

“The doctor advised him to split the procedure into two sessions, but he requested that the injection be conducted in a single session.”

The clinic further stated that Ubiribo had been a patient since 2024 and had previously undergone five penile enlargement procedures without reporting complications.

According to records presented at the inquest, Ubiribo developed chest pains and later collapsed several hours after the March 5 procedure.

He was rushed to a hospital for a CT scan but lost consciousness before the examination could be conducted.

Medical personnel reportedly performed CPR for 101 minutes before he was pronounced dead in the early hours of March 6.
