Why I Stay In Rented Apartment Despite Owning Multiple Houses – Ola Of Lagos

 

Nigerian influencer and entrepreneur, Waris Olayinka Akinwande, popularly known as Ola of Lagos has explained why he still stays in a rented apartment despite owning multiple houses. 

Speaking in a recent episode of the KK Show, Ola revealed that he has never slept in any house he bought with his money because he feared he would become “too

relaxed” if he lives in his own house.

The luxury influencer explained that living in a rented apartment motivates him to work harder. 

He added that he pays 50 million Naira annually for house rent.

I have never slept in any house I bought with my own money. If you do, you will become too relaxed. Despite being in a beautiful estate, I still live in rented apartments and pay rent. When I pay 50 million naira a year. I use that pain to keep grinding harder,” he said.
