You'll either love them or hate them
We seen different
beauty trend on Instagram - ranging from the successful to the divisive - and
the latest to emerge is these Feather Brow.
Unlike the normal
pretty and natural eyebrow shaping technique which goes by the same name, the
#featherbrows trend was popularised on Instagram earlier this week by Finnish
make-up artist Stella Sironen, after she posted a photo of her slick,
horizontally parted brows which looked like actual feathers.
The look immediately divided
opinion within the online beauty community, gaining more than 2,600 comments
and 44,000 likes. Sironen took note and responded in a follow up post, saying;
"Note to self: when [you] make a joke about starting a funny brow trend
people will take it seriously and.... well. start the trend".
And spark a trend she did;
#featherbrows has since gained some traction on Instagram, with users posting
their own attempts at the look. Some tried to exactly replicate the feather
effect, while others added glitter or paired with bold eye make-up.
