Want to make your own homemade anti-wrinkle cosmetics? Looking for a cozy self-care moment at home, alone or with friends?
Here are a few
recipes and tips that can help reduce the appearance of wrinkles!
To create an effective natural anti-wrinkle treatment at home, start by
thinking about what you like. What textures do you prefer? What type of
application works best for you? It’s important to know the origin of
your natural and/or organic ingredients to ensure their quality.
This will
maximize both their effectiveness and your results.
Your workspace,
utensils, containers, and accessories should be impeccably clean and disinfected.
You’ll generally need spoons, a measuring cup, a sealed container, a
spatula, and some paper towels.
Play some music
and light a candle to create a calm atmosphere, relax, and spark your
creativity.
These recipes
are intended for use on the face, neck, and eye area (gently
massaging around the eyes and without pressure when exfoliating).
How to make a homemade natural
anti-wrinkle scrub
To be prepared
and used within 24 hours.
· 2 tablespoons of rosemary or thyme
honey. It helps smooth the skin and remove dead skin cells and impurities,
making it easier to target wrinkles. It also has strong antioxidant properties,
helping prevent new wrinkles and slow the development of existing ones.
· 2 drops of rosewood essential oil.
Known for its anti-wrinkle properties.
· 1 tablespoon of coffee grounds. It
helps slow the appearance of wrinkles and boosts blood circulation to better
oxygenate and nourish tissues—providing an immediate anti-aging and
regenerating effect.
Mix the
ingredients and apply the scrub to clean skin using gentle, circular
upward motions. After 2 minutes, wet your fingertips, exfoliate again for 1
more minute, then rinse off.
How to make a homemade anti-wrinkle massage oil
This oil can be
stored away from heat and light. Remember, massage is key to anti-aging,
prevention, and reducing wrinkles! Prepare it in a 50 ml dark glass bottle with
a dropper cap (for easier and more hygienic use):
· 20 ml of argan oil – repairing and
antioxidant.
· 20 ml of borage oil – regenerating,
toning, adds suppleness and elasticity.
· 5 drops of rosewood essential oil –
anti-wrinkle.
· 5 drops of carrot essential oil – firms
the skin and helps fill in wrinkles.
For a 5 to
10-minute massage, take one dropperful of oil and warm it in your hands to help
the texture absorb better into the skin.
Apply the oil
with slow, upward smoothing motions and gentle pressure to relax the skin. Use
soft, upward “caterpillar” presses on the wrinkles.
Perform this massage at least once a day.
How to make a homemade natural anti-wrinkle mask
You can
transform your massage oil into a mask and massage it in after the
resting time. Here’s how:
· 1 tablespoon of rosemary honey, for its
antioxidant and anti-aging effects.
· 1 dropper of your homemade massage oil.
Mix and apply
to your face, eye area, and neck. Leave on for 10 minutes, then massage
the mask into your skin before rinsing with warm water.
Once removed,
your skin will be plumped and smoothed, and wrinkles visibly reduced. Repeat
once a week.
